We are passionate about wine, and always strive to bring out its best.
We are devoted to honing our understanding of the complex and multifaceted alchemy that transforms the grape on the vine to the wine in the glass. Our ambition is to see each grape and vintage reach its full potential and express the very best of the terroir, grape variety and know-how it embodies.

Passion
Wine is our passion, and we are just as dedicated to the magic of its creation as we are to tasting the final product. Each day, we strive to understand it better and to draw out the best of each wine.
Excellence
Striving for excellence is what drives us each day in all our business activities: precision in research, exacting standards in quality, rigour in development and selecting technologies, and the provision of personalised consultation support for our clients.
Listening
Listening to our clients is of paramount importance. We seek to forge relationships based on dialogue, transparency and the sharing of ideas. Trust is an essential aspect of partnering with each client to identify their goals, requirements and the project best-suited to them. Vivelys consultants also believe that sharing knowledge and know-how is a key part of this relationship of trust, to ensure continuity when each project comes to an end.
Innovation
As a front runner in precision oenology and viticulture, we have pioneered innovation in several areas: micro-oxygenation (the first international patent), chips (the DC310 and SC100 innovations), cellar management systems (with the leading solution on the market: Scalya®), and decision-making tools for the vineyard (with the leading database worldwide: Dyostem®). As a faithful innovation partner to winemakers, we develop solutions that allow you to respond to new trends and developments in the sector.
